Dottie Frazier was a founding member of the Neptunes and played a huge role in the history of women in spearfishing. Dottie started teaching freediving in the 40's and, a short time later, became the first female scuba instructor in the US, as well as producing some of the first ever wetsuit patterns for women divers. She was inducted into the Women Divers Hall of Fame and was awarded the Historical Diving Society’s Diving Pioneer Award. She will forever be missed. RIP Dottie.
